Winter Gymnastics

The girls both took a term of gymnastics this winter.  We end up with a lot of built up energy during the cold winter months this year and gymnastics was a good fit for my kids to burn off some energy

Sophie's absolute favorite things about gymnastics is the beam.  She proudly walks across the thing without missing a step

Allie was working really hard on a backward flipping thing on the bar (I don't know gymnastics terms).  She almost had it on her own by the end
