Well, the consensus from Buzz was the placement of a cast for 3 weeks. I thought, hey it could be worse, it could be 6 weeks, so we're sitting pretty good. It was pretty interesting to watch them put the cast on. Blake is a veteran of cast placement (12 broken bones in his childhood) so he was the designated camra man. He said the process of placing the cast on is still the same from back when he was a kid. I guess they keep doing what works the best.
They first wrap the white soft cotton stuff around the arm
Next, they get the plaster stuff wet and wrap some more
Letting the cast dry...we had to lift her arm off the blue chucks every 30 seconds
Pretty happy with her choice of a PINK cast!

good choice. the pink is cute. Poor girl! That sounds so painful.
Poor Allie! Buzz is such a good Doc though. Cute pink cast!
Hope this doesn't make her want more. Blake apparently liked them as a kid!
