Sophie's 1st Haircut

Sophie's hair had gotten to the point where it was so stringy along the bottom, we needed to trim things up and thicken up her head of hair.  I was really nervous about how this would go for my active little girl.  We actually had Allie go first so Sophie could watch and hopefully follow in suit

Sophie's haircut 1st started off with a hair wash which went very quickly; she was not thrilled about this part of her morning.  She did acquire a cute towel on top of her head; I couldn't resist a picture of it 

She earned her sucker following the wash and they quickly got to work trimming her hair

The sucker ended before the haircut, so we moved onto Smarties.  Nothing like a bunch of candy at 10 am

Allie really wanted her picture too; she was a great helper with Sophie during her cut

My cute girls; Sophie ended up with a cute little bob and Allie got her ends trimmed up.  Allie had not had her hair cut since she donated for locks of love 9 months ago.  Allie is anxiously waiting for her hair to grow out so she can have long locks again.
